Free Baby Clothes from Your Neighbours and Friends

1. Asking to friends, neighbors, loved ones and colleagues. Often, other parents have used their clothes are looking to get rid of, or they know someone who has used baby clothing. You can even offer to exchange services such as babysitting or cleaning the house in exchange for free baby clothes.
2. Contact the local churches and charity groups. These organizations often offer services to women and children in need.
3. Set up your own clothing swap. Ads for mothers to meet and bring their used clothing. All participants can exchange clothes with each other.
4. Check websites like freecycle.com and craigslist.com. On Freecycle people trade items used. You can post you’re looking for baby clothes and offer to exchange something you no longer use, such as your maternity clothes. You can also search listings on sites like Craigslist or place your own wanted ad.
5. Sell your baby clothes when they are too small. Mary Ann Romans, from Families.com, suggested using money from the sale of your baby to buy new clothes.
